Terms & Conditions

The workshop must be paid either in full on the day you commit and sign up, or with your

first instalment of our payment plan (whereby you pay a 40% deposit).

Photography - Throughout your week, we may take photographs of you and/or the group to

use in our sales and marketing campaigns. Please know that by signing our T&Cs, you are

agreeing to have yourself and/or your artwork photographed for such a purpose.

Accommodation - Our on-site accommodation is to a high standard, and we ask you to

respect the accommodation surroundings, property and contents. Any breakages or

damage, we will ask you to pay for.

Drugs - We have a no-drugs policy throughout our premises and workshop. Should we

become aware that you are using illegal drugs, you will be asked to leave immediately

without question, and no refund will be given.

Health and medication - We ask that on booking a workshop, you advise us of any ailment, condition or medication you have on your person. For example, if you are a diabetic, it’s in your interest that we know. We have ‘first aiders’ on site.

Travel insurance is a must! - You will need to have in place full cancellation insurance. Should you or Rosemary & Co need to cancel for any reason, this is absolutely essential. We will ask to see your policy number. This is to protect you.

Postponements - In the unlikely event we need to postpone a workshop, it’s paramount that

you have insurance in place for your travel. In the event your teacher can’t attend, we will

always try to contract another teacher of the same high class and give you the option to

attend or postpone. Should we cancel, you will be refunded your workshop fee and

accommodation in full. If you can’t commit for any reason to a postponed date, we will

refund your workshop and accommodation in full.

Liability - We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings and

vehicles.

Guest Responsibilities - Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside all

of the accommodation. A cleaning fee of £200 will be charged for violations.

Check in and Check out - Check in time is anytime after 2:00pm. Check out time is by

11:00am. Should you wish to arrive earlier or leave at a later time, please ask and we will

try to accommodate you.

Data privacy - In order to process your booking we will need to collect certain personal

details from you. These details will include your name, address, contact details and that of

any members of your party.

Any information you supply to us may be retained on our databases and will be used for

administration functions, contacting you about the booking or for sending you information.

Your details will not be passed on to any third party without your prior consent, except in

cases where we believe, in good faith, that we have a legal obligation to disclose such

information.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

Cancellation policy:

- Up to 23 weeks before the workshop: lose 40% of the total cost

- 24-17 weeks before the workshop: lose 70% of the total cost

- Within 16 weeks of the workshop: no refund

Please ensure all payments are made on or before the deadlines given.

Code of Conduct

We pride ourselves on organising a smooth and professional experience for both our

teachers and students. Our goal is to have ‘no drama’. When you book your place on a

workshop, you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions.

Should your conduct display rudeness to your teacher, fellow students or organisers, we will

ask you to leave with zero disruption and no refund will be offered. We would only ever

consider this action for the benefit of the entire group.

We are proud to have created a beautiful environment for artists to stay. We ask you to

respect our accommodation, gardens, and any property of ours and that of the group. Any

damage, either intentional or accidental, will be charged to you.

We want your stay to be enjoyable, rewarding and fun. Together, we will make this happen.
